How long does it take for you to complete my order?

It really depends on the job at hand. Some jobs can be done in minutes while others can take a week or longer. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll let you know if it can be done. Keep in mind that once an order is placed it will take 1 week from the art approval date for the printed materials to be shipped to your location.

 

What is a "proof"?

A proof is a way of ensuring that we have done the artwork to your liking and that all content is correct. Once an order is placed weather we do the art work for you or you send it to us we would in the final stages of artwork send you a proof for you to approve and make sure everything looks ok to ensure that the printed material will have all the correct information.

 

Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything needed for my order?

Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.

 

Do I still need to approve a proof if I bring my work in on a disk?

It might seem like you wouldn't have to but to ensure that the final output is as you wanted we have to send a proof for you to approve before we can go ahead and start the printing process.

 

How do I go about getting an estimate?

How much is shipping costs?

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. All our prices do not include shipping unless specified. If you need a quote and require shipping of that product let us know in advance and we will quote you a price including the shipping.

We ship from Toronto, Ontario. Our shipping address is included for your convenience.
